Get a giggle on at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow

If you’re on struggle street after the five-day working week, a good belly laugh is sure to cure your woes. Lucky for you, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow is rolling in to town on Friday May 13.

There are few things as satisfying as an uncontrollable, snort-out-loud, knee-slapping belly laugh. If you can’t remember the last time your cheeks hurt from smiling so much and your abs begged for mercy, get yourself along to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow at The Arts Centre Gold Coast. The evening of hilarity will be hosted by perpetual funny-man Bob Franklin, who you might remember from his appearances in Please Like Me, Worst Year of My Life Again, Talking ’bout Your Generation and Thank God You’re Here.

Joining Bob will be the brilliantly dark David Quirk, Jess Perkins, Kevin Kropinyeri and sketch superstars The Pajama Men. The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow is silly, satirical, side-splitting and promises to have you wheezing, LOLing and gasping for breath. If you’re still not convinced, have a read of our chat with David Quirk, he’s sure to get you in the mood for a good giggle.
