Featuring entertainment by Brisbane-based electronic artist Michelle Xen, Milkshake DJ’s and CKDB, Keep The Walls Up is raising monies to pay rent and keep the dream alive in 2015. Be entertained by live performances and indulge that inner-film star as the space is transformed into a film clip set for the evening.

$10 gets you entry to the event, $20 includes the chance to win an original contemporary artwork and $50 includes the chance to win art plus a drink and a snag and your generosity will be immortalised on The Walls’ 2015 Wall of Fame. You can also feel great knowing your donation is contributing to the cultural and creative pulse on the Gold Coast.

Keep The Walls Up will bring together creative folk from all over the coast for an evening of art, sound and visual fanfare. The event is hoping to raise enough money to secure this year’s program of curated exhibitions, artist talks, performances and installations.

The Walls Art Space is a not-for-profit space that nurtures creative talent on the coast by providing a platform for their work. The aim is to support artists to present work in a critical forum and to cultivate dialogues about contemporary art that engage our regional base.
