Sleep on the field of play at Metricon Stadium at this year’s Gold Coast Suns Sleepout to help raise money and awareness about homelessness on the Gold Coast.

The annual Gold Coast Suns Sleepout event returns on Friday November 13 promising lots of fun for all the family and, probably, very little sleep. Every night approximately 750 vulnerable young people are living on the streets across the region. Funds raised on the night will go directly to the Stocking Fund, supporting the Gold Coast Youth Service, the Project for Homeless Youth Gold Coast Inc. and YHES House.

This year supporters can choose to roll out their sleeping bags, for the first time ever, directly on the field and stay the night or stick around to see the screening of Disney’s movie of the year Frozen followed by A Night At the Museum 3: Secret of the Tomb. There will also be appearances by Gold Coast Suns players, a dunk tank where you can have a go at putting them in the drink, Suns’ mascot Sunny Ray will be there to say hello and an AFL playground where kids can test their footy skills.
