The Gold Coast Rooftop Food Truck Party rolls into town this Friday
We love a good food truck feast. We love a good party. Throw them both on a rooftop, and you’ve got yourself one pretty damn fantastic open-air foodie fest. We’re talking about the Rootop Food Truck Party – it’s this Friday night atop the Miami Shark Bar. Come hungry and thirsty, pals – this will be all-time.
The Miami Shark Bar rooftop will be transformed this Friday January 13 into a bustling barbecue, burger and beer hub. If there are a few food trucks on your radar that you often stalk, then this is where you need to be on Friday. The folk at Gold Coast Design Collective have secured a solid (and tasty) foodie line-up, including Boss Bites, JR’s Smokehouse Barbecue, Little Wahaca, Little Havana, Barraca, Food Kartel, Zicatela, Surf Burger and many more!
You’ll be able to wash down the tasty street food eats with cold craft beers and in true Shark Bar form, there will be plenty of live music including New Zealand duo Phil & Tilley to get the vibe going. January is all about balmy nights, cold beers and tasty food – it all kicks off at 3:00 pm, so go early, soak up the sunshine and get this rooftop party started!
