The tours are facilitated by self-proclaimed foodie Karen Inglis-Turner and are designed to offer a real local insight into the suburb and the people and places that make it special.
The venues are kept under wraps until you rock up on the day but even if you’ve been there before, the tours give you a chance to meet the makers, chat with the venue’s owners and maybe even pick up a few new tricks from one of the skilled bartenders along the way, so it’s always a new experience. There are still a few seats left at the Twilight Tour in Burleigh Heads on Sunday July 24 but you’ll have to be quick.
