Freedom is encapsulated in Tim Caraco’s new exhibition
Hinge Gallery is hosting the new exhibition from Tim Caraco entitled Freedom Machines, a collection of photographs of motorcycle riding that examines the feeling enjoyed when behind the handlebars.
Songwriters have romanticised the notion of hitting the road since the automobile was invented. Rebels, wanderers and soul searchers rode the asphalt on the back of two-wheeled machines, searching for solace and freedom. Tim Caraco has captured that blissful worldview in his latest exhibition, Freedom Machines at Hinge Gallery until March 5.
The experiences of adventure, motion and nature are detailed in gorgeous photographic portraits. Depictions of bike enthusiasts on the open road or in the Australian countryside are showcased in wondrous colour. The feeling of freedom is highly sought – even if you aren’t a bike enthusiast you can still capture that feeling when you view Tim Caraco’s images.
