Luxury Cabarita hotel Halcyon House is shining the light on winter’s best produce by hosting a gourmet weekend this August with celebrated culinary identity Danielle Alvarez, the head chef of acclaimed Paddington restaurant Fred’s.
The delicious collaboration, which will take place at Halcyon House on the weekend of August 17–19, will see guests engage in an intimate hands-on masterclass with Danielle Alvarez, indulge in breakfast at awarded on-site hotel restaurant Paper Daisy, and enjoy cocktails and canapes poolside as part of the exclusive two-night epicurean getaway.
That’s not all – guests will also get to experience a four-course wine-paired dinner curated by Danielle and Paper Daisy’s esteemed head chef Ben Devlin. Now, these are two very respectable names in the industry, so you’re safe to assume that this is going to be one very memorable culinary experience. The gourmet weekend packages start at $890 per person, or there are limited tickets available to the Saturday (August 18) masterclass and showpiece dinner only for $195 per person.
