Scenic sweats – Pacific Fair is hosting free fitness classes at its Wellness Studio

As the days get a little colder and the darkness lingers in the morning, it gets a lot harder to drag ourselves out of bed for a morning workout. Of course, we know that we'll feel better after the exercise and we agree that endorphin hit is the perfect way to start your day, but you know what else is nice? Staying in bed. The wellness warriors over at Pacific Fair heard the muffled sounds of the Gold Coast collectively snoozing their morning alarm and are enticing our activewear-clad bodies out into the world on the premise of scenic sunrise fitness on the rooftop. They also know the one thing that motivates us more than endorphins – freebies. Where do we sign up? more
