Venture south for sips in the sunshine at The Byron at Byron’s Spritz on the Lawn series
There are few things we love more than sipping on an effervescent gin-based spritz in the sunshine. If you share our view, then you’ll be pleased to learn that The Byron at Byron resort is letting this glorious sipping-in-the-sunshine situation happen every weekend in April with its Spritz on the Lawn series.
So, it all kicks off this Saturday April 7 and runs every Saturday until April 28. The weekly Spritz on the Lawn events will be held from 4:00–6:00 pm at a pop-up gin bar around The Byron at Byron resort’s sun-kissed grass area – aka one of the most amazing spots to hang (with a spritz in hand) as the sun sets.
As you might have guessed, the humble spritz will be the hero at this pop-up bar – but it will be offered with an elegant and botanical twist thanks to Byron Bay’s own Brookie’s Gin. If you’re after a snack, you can treat yo’self at The Byron at Byron’s newly transformed restaurant or grab a nibble off the sophisticated bar-snack menu.
