As the nights grow warmer and the sun sets later, it’s hard to think of a better place to spend a Saturday afternoon than perched sky high on the Nineteen at The Star terrace with a bellini in hand. Well, that’s exactly what you can expect at Bellini Saturdays, the dreamy event that’s bound to make your weekend a whole lot bubblier.
If you haven’t made your way up to Nineteen at The Star yet, consider this your sign – Bellini Saturdays is your perfect introduction to the jaw-dropping rooftop bar. With flowing bellinis and moreish share platters served up all afternoon, it’s the ultimate way to kick off your evening in style. Once you find yourself a perch overlooking the Broadbeach skyline, you’ll be treated to three hours of peach-hued sips as you soak up the springtime sun. Bellinis aren’t the only indulgence of the afternoon – you and your crew will share in a decadent menu of bite-sized delights. Nineteen at The Star’s acclaimed kitchen team will be serving up freshly shucked oysters, house-cured olives and mushroom and mozzarella arancini balls, along with a selection of delicious cheeses, charcuterie and French fries with garlic aioli.
The three-hour-long session sees the sun dip below the horizon and the good vibes kick up a notch, meaning it’s the perfect event to share with a bunch of friends. You can head to Bellini Saturdays for $79 per person from 4:00–7:00 pm every Saturday at Nineteen at The Star – just be sure to book in advance!
