If you ask us, one of the funnest ways you can spend your weekend is at a bottomless brunch. Unfortunately a lot of the time, our plant-based mates are left with very few options when it comes to what they can sip and snack on. This is no longer the case, vegan friends, as there is a new boozy brunch on the cards this summer. Put a reminder for Saturday January 16 in your calendar and prepare to graze and taste tipples ’til your heart’s (or tummy’s) content at Aviary Rooftop Bar’s Vegan Bottomless Brunch High Tea.
If you’ve been to a bottomless brunch at Aviary Rooftop Bar, you’re well aware that it’s a guaranteed good time. So you can start the new year off on a delicious note, the team has decided to host a plant-based offering this January. Adding to its usual feast with a mouth-watering array of all-you-can-eat plant-based pizzas, brunch bites, desserts and more, served up alongside bottomless vegan-friendly beverages (hello, vegan vino!). It all kicks off at 11:00 am and runs through until 1:00 pm, giving you two glorious hours to kick back and enjoy some fine fare as well as live acoustic music courtesy of Benny Hanna and some kick-ass views from the rooftop looking towards the Surfers Paradise skyline in one direction and out to the hinterland on the other.
There’s plenty on offer to tantalise your tastebuds whilst sticking to your dietary requirements. Start by working your way through the a delectable plant-based high-tea tower, which will be loaded with vegan tarts, slices, protein balls, banana loaf, fresh fruit and more! Aviary’s much-loved pizzas will of course make an appearance, with plant-based varieties like the Fun-Gal with wild mushrooms, curried cauliflower, vegan mozzarella, rocket and hazelnuts set to make mouths water.
