Experience an all-you-can-eat (and drink!) vegan affair at Aviary’s plant-based bottomless brunch
There’s no doubting that the concept of bottomless brunches (or bottomless anything) is a great vibe – but more often than not, the plant-based crew are left with very few options when it comes to what they can eat and drink. Well, vegan revellers, there’s a boozy brunch happening this summer that’s going to make all of your dreams come true. Mark Saturday January 11 in your diary and get set to graze and sip ’til your heart’s content at Aviary Rooftop Bar’s Plant-Based Bottomless Brunch.
While the Southport rooftop’s monthly bottomless brunch soirees have become rather popular (hot tip – they sell out ahead of time), this January the team have decided to give it a plant-based spin, adding to its usual offering with a dazzling array of all-you-can-eat plant-based pizzas, brunch bites, desserts and more, which will be dished up alongside vegan and organic wines, plus vintage Prosecco, beers and a pop-up mojito bar featuring agricole rums by Husk Distillers. It all kicks off at 11:00 am and runs through until 1:00 pm, giving you two glorious hours of tasty food, bottomless tipples, live acoustic music by Emily Brieger and killer views from the rooftop.
So, what will you be eating? Start by working your way through the plant-based grazing table, which will be loaded with vegan slices and protein balls, banana loaf, fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt, plus delicious savouries like sliders with potato rosti and caramelised onion. Aviary’s renowned pizzas will of course be the star of the show, with plant-based varieties like The Fun-Gal (wild mushrooms, curried cauliflower, vegan mozzarella, rocket and hazelnuts), and the Beetroot Slayer with red and yellow beers, vegan cheese, roasted onions, kale, San Marzano tomatoes and walnuts. There’s also the Wiz Khalifa pizza, topped with barbecued jackfruit, toasted hemp seeds, pumpkin pesto, baby spinach, vegan mozzarella and charred corn. Drooling yet?
