The world’s best golfers are descending on RACV Royal Pines Resort for the Australian PGA Golf Championship from December 11 to 14.

One of the largest golfing events in Australia is shaping up to be a contest for the ages. Boasting a field full to the brim of international and local talent, the Australian PGA Golf Championship is a renowned tournament thanks to its idyllic location on the Nerang River and stiff competition.

Australia’s best, Adam Scott, will be returning to defend his grip on the Kirkwood Cup from the assembled competitors. The tournament will be taking place from Thursday December 11 to Sunday December 14, with Friday 12 being Purple Day. Spectators are encouraged to wear purple to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer and support the Avner Foundation. Tickets are $25 per day, with four day passes sitting at $75 – a bargain when you consider the calibre of talent assembled for 2014.
