Victoria & Albert – the newest luxe lodging to land beachside in Broadbeach
The latest luxury apartment towers to hit Broadbeach have now been unveiled, with Victoria & Albert Broadbeach – known as V&A Broadbeach – set to become the newest in bougie lodgings in the sought-after beachside enclave.
The central suburb of Broadbeach is known for being the ultimate lifestyle destination, which served as the inspiration for the double-tower development which is slated for the site of the iconic Niecon Plaza. Developers Iris Capital purchased the site earlier this year and have now announced plans for V&A Broadbeach, which will deliver two residential towers alongside a mixed-use office and retail precinct perched on Victoria Avenue and Albert Street.
The east tower – The Albert – will deliver a total of 114 expansive two, three and four-bedroom apartments over 30 levels, while the west tower – The Victoria – will span 40 levels with 219 apartments comprised of one, two and three bedroom residences. The end design of the mixed-use development is streamlined to maximise lifestyle opportunities, with stand-out features including a double beach shower and surfboard storage for rolling in straight off the sand, along with a ‘Podium Club’ featuring a 25-metre lap pool, spa and steam room, zen garden and kid’s club with playground.
