Multimillion-dollar convention centre unveiled at Sea World
Sea World Resort & Water Park has expanded its offering to include a new state-of-the-art convention centre that is expected to attract a new business delegate market to the resort.
The sizeable conference centre can provide table service for up to 1,000 people and features the latest audio-visual equipment, a Porte Cochere with vehicle access and a large veranda, making it ideal for corporate conventions, dinners, weddings and live performances. Already attracting bookings as far ahead as 2020, the new convention centre is expected to be used as a key venue during the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
The new multimillion-dollar facility puts Sea World Resort in the enviable position of being able to offer a one-stop conference and events destination with 405 rooms onsite as well as two restaurants featuring a contemporary buffet and Japanese cuisine. Village Roadshow Theme Parks can also lean on sister venues to create unique and memorable experiences for international guests such as dinner with the stars at Warner Bros. Movie World and breakfast with the dolphins at Sea World.
