Luring interest from the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show last weekend, Santa Monica has officially launched to market. The first release comprises 16 waterfront homes that boast direct ocean access and are priced from $1.34-million. Each home has been designed to take advantage of the stunning waterfront views and contains oversized balconies, large, spacious bedrooms and premium fittings, fixtures and appliances.

Designed to make the most of the Gold Coast’s ideal climate, the outdoor entertaining area is the focal point and features a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. There is also an added option for a marina berth for boating enthusiasts. Construction on Santa Monica is expected to commence in coming months with residents potentially moving in before year’s end. The development is located directly opposite Hope Island Marina and Shopping Precinct and offers direct ocean access.
