Pacific Palm Beach raises the bar for the beachside suburb

The beachside suburb of Palm Beach is well and truly making waves on the Gold Coast property market with the area’s newest luxury beachfront development almost selling out in just six weeks. Pacific Palm Beach is the latest project from Brisbane-based developer Synergy Property Partners.

Perched on Twenty-Third Avenue, Pacific Palm Beach features 13 half-floor residences ranging from 230-square meters to 239-square meters as well as a double-storey beach house and a spectacular 665-square meter penthouse with exclusive rooftop terrace. The development, designed by Plus Architecture, is inspired by its incredible beachfront location and features open floor plans that frame uninhibited vistas of the sun, sky and sea. To make the most of the beautiful beach views, apartments feature extended wrap-around balconies, operable sliding stacking doors and walls of glass.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments are targeted specifically for the high-end owner-occupier market and feature minimalist interiors, sleek stone finishes and luxury appointments. The apartments are centred around the kitchen, which is equipped with Miele appliances and a butler’s pantry. Residents of Pacific Palm Beach will also have exclusive access to a range of multi-purpose communal spaces including a heated pool, sun lounging deck and state-of-the-art kitchen and barbecue facilities. Pacific Palm Beach is scheduled for completion mid 2019, with prices starting at $1.9 million.
