Construction commences on Outlook Apartments in Southport
Another crane will be added to the Southport skyline as construction on Outlook Apartments in Norman Street commences. The development, by Andrews Projects, is expected to be completed in March 2016.
Outlook Apartments will feature 44 contemporary two-bedroom two-bathroom apartments over eight levels. Conveniently positioned just one block back from the Broadwater, the apartments have been designed to make the most of the spectacular views on offer. Residents can also soak in the sights from a private New York-style rooftop terrace.
Outlook Apartments, designed by Hamilton Hayes Henderson Architects, will feature a distinct architectural feature running vertically on the front elevation, a hallmark of Andrews Project’s developments. Outlook Apartments is one of three in the area for Andrews Projects that is also responsible for the sold-out One33 Scarborough.
