Featuring 110 luxurious apartments and penthouses, Marina Concourse represents the final piece of Sunland’s master plan. The development was inspired by the multi award-winning Marina Residences across the waterfront, which was completed in 2014, and will comprise a mix of two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus study, three-bedroom and three-bedroom plus media apartments alongside luxurious penthouses on level six. Starting from $499,000, the apartments in Marina Concourse feature open plan designs, high ceilings and full-height windows to maximise the stunning views from every angle. Residents will also have private access to a pool and pavilion.

In addition to the residences, Marina Concourse will deliver new retail and dining amenity, expansive landscaped gardens, a swim school, design school and Sunland Group’s Gold Coast offices. The precinct will also provide a new boat ramp to the Nerang River and Sunland is investigating the potential for a future marina development. Construction on Marina Concourse has already commenced with demolition works of the existing buildings along the marina now underway.
