Karaoke stages, waterfalls and Turkish bathhouses – five baller Queensland pads that you can call yours

We’ve all fantasised of living in a huge mansion with enough rooms to get lost in. In reality, however, our budgets are a little (lot) more modest – though it doesn’t hurt to dream. With a little help from a certain search engine, we can have a sneak peek at extravagant addresses that just scream luxury. We’re not talking your standard six-bedroom, five-bathroom mansions here – we’re talking straight-up 80s-drug-dealer yes-I-have-my-own-helicopter ridiculousness – and there are SEVERAL (well, at least five) of these mansions currently on the market in Queensland. So if you’ve got a spare $8 (or $45) million lying around, time to get out the cheque book and live your Tony Montana dreams. If not, it might be time to arrange that sugar daddy.

156 Tallai Road, Tallai

Plus, if you’re missing going out to the clubs, the house even boasts a full-sized wet bar, karaoke stage, dance floor and an elevated alfresco terrace. There’s also a 16-seat cinema with a state-of-the-art sound system for all of the Netflix binge sessions. A second residence built for service staff features with two wings comprising of dual-living rooms, two master suites with walk-in robes and en suites, a third bedroom, a kitchen and a whole other media room.
