In addition to a 700-room hotel and apartment tower, which is currently under construction on the Broadbeach Island site, The Star Entertainment Group has revealed a masterplan that outlines provisions for future developments including up to five hotel and apartment buildings, a world-class recreational deck with water features, tropical gardens, pools and spa, and new entertainment facilities. The proposed plan also looks at ways to enhance the site’s connection with Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the surrounding suburb.

The Star Entertainment Group will commence a community information program in coming weeks to canvas the proposed ongoing transformation of the parcel that has the potential to transform Jupiters Hotel & Casino into a world-class integrated resort. The redevelopment is being undertaken as a joint venture between The Star Entertainment Group, its Queen’s Wharf Brisbane partners, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, and Far East Consortium.
