The famous cows that have resided out the front of Cav’s Steakhouse for years will move on to new pastures to make way for Inspire Broadwater Central. Featuring 79 apartments across 12 residential levels, the development has been designed by TVS Architects to become a centre point for community interaction and provide a hub of inspiration.
