Chevron Island welcomes arts-inspired residential project – Chevron One

Chevron Island is soon to become home to a residential work of art that will pay homage to the nearby Gold Coast Cultural Precinct whilst taking city apartment living to sophisticated new heights. Chevron One on Stanhill Drive is the first Queensland project for Bensons Property Group and is already making waves for all the right reasons.

Soaring 40 levels, Chevron One, designed by Marchese Partners, will feature striking wave-inspired architecture and two art exhibition spaces, a nod to the emerging $365 million arts and cultural precinct just over the Nerang River at Evandale. Touted as Chevron Island’s first luxury tower, Chevron One will deliver 247 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments that are geared towards owner occupiers.

Ranging from 51-square metres to 162-square metres, each apartment features seamless indoor to outdoor living spaces complemented by contemporary finishes such as stone benchtops, timber floors, luxurious bathrooms and kitchens designed by award-winning celebrity chef Shannon Bennett. Residents will have access to an array of superb resort-style leisure facilities at ‘Club One’ including indoor and outdoor pools, a BBQ area, al fresco dining, gymnasium, yoga and sculpture garden, residents lounge and bicycle racks. Chevron One’s apartments are priced from $428,000 to $2.95 million. Construction of the tower is scheduled to be complete by early 2020. Want to see more?
