Bao buns, flaming cocktails and dessert arancini – Surfers Paradise welcomes sleek new bar Ms Margot’s

Every morning at 8:15 am, 91-year-old Gold Coast local Ms Margot arrives at Hilton Surfers Paradise's lobby bar, sits in the same spot and orders the same thing – she has done that every day since 2011. Last week, the hotel unveiled part of its $9-million revamp – which included a brand-new lobby bar.
