Skip that pricey brunch and volunteer to be the designated driver on your next night out – you’re going to want to ensure your wallet is as full as it can be by Wednesday March 14. Why? Well, it’s looking more likely than ever that fashion giant Zara will soon boast its own Australian online store – filled to the brim with the brand’s cutting-edge clothing and accessories. Splurge season is fast approaching, so get ready to give your wallet a workout.

The very first Australian Zara store opened in Sydney seven years ago, and since that day our wardrobes haven’t been the same. The Spanish-owned brand brought its wares north to Queensland in 2014, opening a Gold Coast store at Robina Town Centre and then following it up with a Brisbane location on Queen Street Mall in 2015. For Zara lovers, these stores were the only spots to get your hands on the covetable garments, but now those of you that don’t live within comfortable driving distance of these stores will soon be able to make a purchase from the comfort of your own home.

On Wednesday March 14 Zara will launch its own online store, stocking its incredible range of women’s, men’s and kids items. At this stage, the online range will match what is available in stores and given Zara’s reputation for always filling its racks with new garments regularly we’ll likely have a reliable selection of pieces to choose from every time we want to shop. Direct delivery will be available as well as in-store collection. Zara customers in Australia can choose between home delivery and pick-up at a Zara store – both shipping to stores and returns are free. For news and updates, sign up to the Zara newsletter here.
