Boasting spectacular river views and a dynamite location in the heart of Hamilton at Portside Wharf, Waters Edge Weddings and Events at Portside is Brisbane’s new fetching function space. The new venue will join the already sizzling selection of restaurants at Portside Wharf, including Sono, Byblos Bar, Gusto da Gianni and @ Mr and Mrs Jones. Able to accommodate up to 800 guests, the venue will occupy a 734-sqm space on level two of Portside Wharf, featuring a sizeable internal function area, boardroom and a spacious viewing deck with sweeping views of the Brisbane River.
Renowned group The Fresh Collective,which has has more 20 years experience running events, functions, and weddings, will operate the new venue. This is a particularly exciting collaboration for Portside property manager Brookfield Residential Properties – The Fresh Collective has a rich resume of providing event catering and food and beverage management services for venues across the country including The Art Gallery of New South Wales, The Sydney Theatre Company, Queensland Museum, Coco Republic Brisbane, The Museum of Contemporary Art and the University of New South Wales. The Fresh Collective has also catered luxe events such as the Gold Coast’s Magic Millions Polo and Handa’s Opera on the Harbour in Sydney, so you can rest assured your big day or celebratory event will be in only the best of hands.
