Father’s Day gift, sorted – Victoria Bitter has launched its first fragrance
Ahh, Father’s Day. The annual occasion where we struggle to choose what gift we should present to our paternal figures. Will it be socks? A carton of beer? Maybe some barbecue tongs … wait, did we buy any of those last year? We’ve found something original that your dad, grandpa or even your uncle won’t have yet – Victoria Bitter’s new fragrance. Boasting super-cool packaging and the unbeatable essence of the Super Pride hops used to brew the beer, we won’t blame you if you put an extra one in the basket for yourself.
Described as the perfect scent to help hard-working Aussies go straight from the worksite to the pub, Victoria Bitter’s Thirst fragrance is a combination of bitter citrus and icy aromas, perfected with sweet hoppy accents. The packaging is inspired by the iconic Victoria Bitter stubby and features the slogan “eau de hard work” – which we’re sure mowing the lawn and maintaining the pool is.
The boozy fragrance has sold out on the Victoria Bitter website, but you can still get your hands on a bottle from the Chemist Warehouse website or in-store, where it will cost you a measly $19.99. Now, as a famous Australian Dad would say, “This is going straight to the pool room”.
