SanCerre simplifies style at Absolutely Fabulous

Back in 2006 when the now Woolloongabba-based boutique Absolutely Fabulous was in New Farm, it supported local girl Sarah Wilkinson in stocking her jewellery range, SanCerre.

While visiting the medieval hilltop town of SanCerre in central France, Sarah was given a St Christopher medallion by an elderly lady. It was this kind gesture that inspired Sarah to start her own jewellery label upon her return to Brisbane.

From the early days threading beads and Italian charms onto Japanese wire at her kitchen table, to running her design studio in Melbourne, Sarah has now expanded the SanCerre label to include clothing. Focusing on diversified, transeasonal pieces, these comfortable quality basics are superb staples for both summer and winter wardrobes.

When visualising her clothing line, Sarah considered the ‘every woman’, taking inspiration from the many shapes, sizes and ages of her own staff. Designed to be comfortable, suit any shape and make the wearer feel beautiful, these key wardrobe pieces are available in a flat palette of black, white, grey and green at Absolutely Fabulous.
