Purveyors of made-to-measure threads P Johnson have finally answered the calls of sartorially savvy women around the globe with the launch of their new line for ladies, PJ Femme. The range boasts double- and single-breasted blazers with various peak and notch lapels, as well as slim-fitting and more generous trousers. Choose from a wide variety of European and Japanese fabrics handpicked to flatter the female form, from glazed Irish linen and brushed Italian cotton to corduroy and cashmere flannel.

The eagerly anticipated line of women’s tailoring may have been years in the making, but it was certainly worth the wait. Melbourne patrons were treated to a trunk show earlier this month, while New York and LA customers will be able to get their hands on the goods in the coming months. Meanwhile, a new PJ Femme space has opened upstairs at 33 William Street in Paddington, Sydney, where clients can work with trained fitters to achieve the perfect cut and garment for their shape.
