Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane to show in new setting
By the end of winter, there’s nothing more satisfying than peeling off the layers, folding away jumpers and coats for another year, and freshening up your wardrobe with sprightly new additions of spring and summer wear.
An annual showcase of the latest in local and worldly spring/summer fashion, the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane will return for its seventh consecutive year this August. Showing the newest season trends as they hit the shelves, this celebration of all things sartorial allows fashion enthusiasts to adopt looks direct from the runway without delay.
With the new backdrop of the heritage-listed Baroque facade of the Treasury Casino & Hotel, this year’s new setting will be host to discussion forums, workshops and, of course, runway shows from August 25–31.
Presenting an eclectic line-up of local, national and international designers and fashion retailers, The Fashion Festival has become a great vehicle for discovering the young, talented designers of Brisbane.
