Quite simply, Mahlii is the epitome of Queensland’s endless summer vibe. Designed for free-spirited beach babes and adventurers with vintage-bohemian style, the collection features Coachella-worthy pieces such as floaty dresses, crocheted sets, peasant tops and denim playsuits. The local label’s pieces are usually only available online, but until May 16 you can personally drape yourself in its dreamy threads at its new 46 James Street pop-up shop, which opened yesterday (March 30) next to Molten Store.

The space is filled with trinkets and curios from the world over, as well as photographs capturing Mahlii muses. In addition to the current clothing collection, you’ll find the label’s own jewellery and bags, plus accessories from Elle Louise and Hamimi. The Mahlii pop-up store will be open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
