Hotel X is hosting a fully-catered yoga retreat so you can namaste your worries away
Sometimes when we’re feeling the pressure at work or we’re inundated with life’s stresses, we like to imagine ourselves in a peaceful sanctuary where relaxation is the only thing that matters. Well, this peaceful sanctuary is actually a lot closer than you think – it’s located in the heart of Fortitude Valley at Hotel X. The luxe 146-room hotel, lifestyle and dining destination has just announced its newest – and perhaps most ambitious – package to date, a fully-catered yoga retreat.
If you’re looking to truly bliss out and forget about your troubles, then the Hotel X Urban Retreat is well worth your attendance. Hotel X has partnered with the renowned Mana Yoga Retreats to create a fully-catered yoga retreat in the heart of Brisbane, giving you the ultimate relaxing escape without the hefty airfare or long roadtrip. The staycation is jam-packed with yoga sessions, teachings and industry knowledge that will be imparted on you by senior yoga teacher Patty Perlman. Each of Patty’s masterclasses build on the previous class, creating a gradual yet thoughtfully curated journey of self-discovery and growth. Guests can expect a combination of yoga asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath work), mediation, philosophy discussions and guided relaxation. So pack your best yoga leggings and leave your to-do list at home.
The experience is happening across two dates, July 15–16 and November 11–12, and includes the option to stay for one or two nights. Guests of the Urban Retreat will experience a fully-catered weekend, with breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner hosted across French-inspired restaurant Bisou Bisou and Mediterranean-inspired rooftop bar Iris on the first day, and breakfast again on the Sunday. You’ll rest your weary head in a King Premium or a two-King Single Standard room, and you’ll get access to three masterclass yoga sessions with Patty during your stay.
This peaceful package is available now, so skip on over to the Hotel X website for more information and to book your stay. Spots are limited, so don’t sleep on this one.
