Herringbone launches fresh spring/summer collection

The epitome of structured business style, Herringbone most often finds a home in the boardroom rather than casual dress. But in its just-released spring/summer 2012 collection, seasonal pastels and pop colours allow the wearer to slip from dashing city dweller to luxury weekend away.

Projecting a palette of lemon, mint, lilac, tangerine and cobalt blue, this new collection offers a place for business and trend dressing to intersect. As always, Herringbone puts emphasis on its button-up shirts, introducing a new Extra-Slim Fit Shirt for the particularly lean gent this season. Combinations of blue, red and white tones feature in patterned and plain shirts, as well as injections of seasonal colour matched to vibrant or muted ties.

Well-tailored shorts and cotton twill chinos in classic shades can be mixed and matched to relaxed and deconstructed item jackets. Crafted from wool, silk, linen and cotton mixes, the stately tailored jackets pay attention to detail with contrasting white horn buttons. Highlighting shades of cobalt, cerulean and sky blue, this latest Herringbone collection lets your inner preppy dresser shine.
