Brisbane’s fashion scene has bloomed a little brighter this month, with the launch collection from new label HerRight making its way onto the label’s online store. Founders Michelle Koch and her partner Niall Prendergast have designed a unique range of statement shoes, from cow hide slides with cotton tassles to pink crossovers and silver stud details. The debut Wayfarer collection features three key styles available in various colour palettes to prettify your trotters.

The seed for HerRight was first planted with a trip to Bali in 2018 when Michelle discovered a quaint oasis of bold, bright shoes. The pair then returned to the island to connect with a trusted shoemaker who helped design and handcraft the label’s launch collection. Handmade in Indonesia using natural fibres, each pair of flats may vary slightly, offering the wearer something truly unique.
