H&M and P.E Nation join forces for sustainable (and affordable) new range of activewear

Activewear – it’s probably one of the most divisive categories that has emerged in fashion over the last decade. People are either firmly for or against the form-fitting attire, but regardless of which camp you’re in, there’s a new collaboration on the horizon that’s set to blur the lines between fashion and fitness even further. Lycra-loving ladies, H&M is gearing up to release a limited-edition collection with P.E Nation and let’s just hope your Afterpay account can handle the upcoming assault because it’s going to be big.

Whether you’re a fan of pilates or pie and lattes (or both), leggings are life. Start saving your pennies because the new range from H&M x P.E Nation is set to feature some of your favourite P.E silhouettes reimagined in more sustainable fabrics – such as organic cotton and recycled polyester – to effortlessly blend performance wear with street-style fashion and sustainability. Think large logos and tie-dye set against high-contrast elastic waistbands, bold straps, colour-blocking and zip details that P.E. is adored the world over for, only way more affordable – hurrah! The H&M x P.E range includes everything from leggings and bicycle shorts to sports socks and bum bags and will be priced from $12.99 for the socks, $29.99 for the bralettes and tights from $39.99.

The collection has been designed by P.E Nation founders Pip Edwards and Claire Tregoning alonside H&M’s in-house design team to be flexible, functional and style-forward with a base colour palette of black, white, grey marl, sand, mint green, neon pink and pops of bright orange so it’s easy to mix and match. Keep your peepers peeled because the highly anticipated collection will drop in stores and online on Thursday March 5, so go ahead and set the calendar reminder now.
