Leaving behind her job as a performer and costume designer, Hannah leapt head first into making her dreams a reality and set about crafting a jewellery collection that fused her past and present. The skills she learnt as a costume designer helped her create her debut collection, which combines different techniques and structures to achieve the end result.

Drawing on her heritage and beachside surroundings whilst growing up for inspiration, Hannah uses wood as the main design element. Each piece in the Dorothy Love collection is manufactured by hand in Brisbane, using salvaged and recycled timbers collected from Southeast Queensland.
