Explore all of the wonderful places, experiences and events the city has to offer with Brisbane City Council’s brand-new Brisbane app
Our city is brimming with new restaurants, sipping spots and things to do – and now is as nicer time than ever to jump head-first into all of the goodness Brisbane has to offer. To help you discover (or re-discover) all of the superb places, experiences and events the city boasts, Brisbane City Council has developed a brand-new Brisbane app. Here’s how this handy tool works …
Think of Council’s Brisbane app as your personal guide to experiencing all of the great things our River City has to offer. This easy-to-use app is a fast and convenient way to come across Brisbane’s top eateries, outdoor experiences and events that are not to be missed. You get to captain the ship too, as the Brisbane app allows you to create your own guides. Users have the ability to browse the interactive map for inspiration or tailor their search by location and interest, while also staying up to date with all of the latest events by using the in-app calendar. So whether your weekend activity of choice is bar hopping, singing along at live gigs or ticking spots off your culinary bucket list, you’ll be well and truly sorted.
Users can check out and follow other guides made by fellow Brisbane culture seekers, traversing tipplers and hungry folk to compare notes. There are already guides up for Brisbane’s best-kept secrets, fun family-friendly activities, top-notch hiking spots, drinking dens to discover and of course, all of the delicious dining destinations that need to be tried at least once. The new app not only helps you find the city’s hidden gems but it also supports local businesses too, which are able to sign up to the app to connect with potential customers. To download the app, click here or search Brisbane in the app store and start planning your next date night, girl’s gatho or solo city adventure. Then, you can chuck your guide in the group chat and voilà, Friday night is sorted.
