Nothing makes a home-cooked meal pop like using fresh herbs. Every weekend, Zesty Herbs and Salads offers a range of leafy goods that have been picked fresh from the farm located in the Tweed Valley. The Zesty market stall sells a large range of culinary potted herbs and pre-made salads, with greens including fresh basil, mint, watercress, parsley, cos lettuce, sorrel and borage flowers.

You can find Zesty Herbs and Salads every Saturday at the Powerhouse Markets in New Farm, the Manly Markets on the first and third Saturday of each month, Mitchelton Markets on the first Sunday of the month and at the Queen Street Mall Markets every Wednesday. Make sure you stop by when you are picking up fresh produce to use in the kitchen.
