A change is in the winds of late, bringing a new look to Two Trees in West End. The Vulture Street coffee corner has had a makeover with the help of local woodworker James Pratt, making a little extra space for The Iron Ladies to press waffles on site each Friday from 8:00 am starting this week. Owners Jordan and Mim have also started experimenting with a variety of new coffee methods for Two Trees, with French press and pourover filter coffees in-store soon. Iced pourovers will also be on the menu in both coffee and chocolate forms, while the cold press continues along its popular stream. Soon Two Trees will also be offering feature single-origin blends and starting to enhance hot chocolate recipes with mint, cinnamon and cardamom as the weather cools.
