A bistro that likes to push the boundaries of regular brunch flavour pairings, Egg Bistro in East Brisbane has just launched a new brunch menu featuring the likes of Spiced Lamb Sausages with Quince, Raddicchio, Cauliflower, Kipler Potatoes and Thyme Dressing and Corned Beef Croquettes with Pea Puree and Paprika-coddled Egg. The interior is a classy mix of antique Argentinian doors, dark bentwood chairs and intriguing jars of preserves, while outdoors is a leafy, light-filled courtyard to soak up a few rays on cooler days.
