Get briny with The Pickle Bear pickles
While some of us may have the energy to get elbow deep in vinegar after a long day at the office, sometimes it’s easier to just crack the lid on someone’s else lovingly fermented creations. The Pickle Bear pickles are the creation of Luke Mangelsdorf, who began preserving cucumbers in chilli, garlic and dill earlier this year. The Pickle Bear’s briny jars of dill pickles are unpasteurised, preservative free and made from hand-cut, locally sourced produce.
