With touches of gold throughout the decor, new inner-city bar The Kitty echoes tones of elegance and class. Serving top-shelf spirits, classic cocktails and premium beers, The Kitty is housed within the historic walls of the Treasury Casino, bringing the opportunity for a 24/7 swill to Brisbane’s shores.
Rooms are themed in colour palettes of bright pink and purple and toned-down leaf green and silver, with black flooring and leather seating the common thread throughout. Local DJs and musical duos will take to the stage along with international acts – Ruby Rose dropped in to DJ last weekend – while the party fever slows a notch on a Sunday afternoon, with a laid-back session of live jazz.
Having opened for the first time as an exclusive bar to the hip fashionistas attending Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane this week, The Kitty is open for your mojito or martini desires this weekend.
