Brisbane-based London Porterhouse chef Mark Maric has now teamed up with culinary queen Dominique Rizzo to offer roving epicureans the opportunity to join the very first Taste Croatia Tours adventure. The first troupe of explorers will embark on a two-week trip to Croatia on April 27, 2014, devouring everything from authentic street food to freshly caught seafood and contemporary takes on traditional cuisine. Rattle the pans in a private cooking class, join a truffle hunt and gain access to exclusive wine cellars. Mark will draw on his Croatian heritage while Dominique will share her extensive food knowledge to help gastronomes taste their way through Croatia’s rich culture.
