Symposium Cafe opens for dinner on Fridays

Newstead’s Symposium Cafe opens for dinner and drinks from this Friday, with the new sitting set to be a weekly occurrence. Wines from Australia, France, Italy and Chile will also now be available from 10:00 am during the day, so patrons can sneak in a glass of something crisp with lunch. Commencing with just Friday nights, the initial extended hours are an opportunity for Symposium Cafe to put feelers out to see if dinner can become a nightly event. Meals set to grace the menu include the likes of Pan-fried Prawns and Chorizo with Brown Rice, Paprika and Garlic, Eye Fillet with Roasted Beetroots, Kale Chips and Champagne Sauce and Crispy Asian Quail with Bean Sprouts, Fennel, Chilli, Basil and Coriander.
