It’s safe to say that most of us have spent a fair bit of time in the kitchen this year. When lockdowns saw the temporary closure of many of our favourite local restaurants, we were forced to put on the chef’s hat. The upside to this dilemma? We’ve honed our foodie expertise and we have a few more skills under our tool belt. To help you take your culinary game to the next level, Valley dining gem Superbowl has started producing jars of sauces made in-house for you to take home!

There’s four delicious flavours to choose from including a sweet and sour concoction, sambal chilli, pekinese and the Superbowl chilli sauce. These fiery creations can be added to curries, used as dipping sauces or even added to salads for an extra flavour punch. All of the sauces retail for $10 or less and are available to pick up from Superbowl directly, which is a good excuse to drop in for a spot of authentic Chinese fare if we’ve ever heard one. There are more flavours dropping in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled on Superbowl’s instagram for further details.
