Gather your gold coins and prepare your appetite for the return of the Sunnybank Food Trail

We’re emptying our pockets, checking glove boxes and cracking open piggy banks in anticipation of the return of one of Brisbane’s beloved belly-filling events. After a four-year hiatus the Sunnybank Food Trail is back on Saturday July 22, bringing a myriad of mouth-watering morsels of the Asian-inspired variety to Sunnybank Plaza. The best part? The dynamic selection of drool-worthy dishes will only set you back a couple of bucks, so start collecting your loose change as this delicious event is sure to be a doozy.

The Sunnybank Food Trail will feature a scrumptious selection of authentic Asian cuisine, from steamy broths and sizzling barbecue bites to deep-fried delicacies and sweet treats. Delivering the true taste of Asia, this year’s food trail is set to be the best one yet, giving foodies more to try in more time, with munching hours extended to 12:00–8:00 pm. The flavour-packed fare will start from just $2, so be sure to gather those gold coins (we suggest bringing a large zip-lock bag of them).

Alongside the fantastic food on offer, there will be a jam-packed line-up of live music to complement your eating activities, along with loads of entertainment like lion dancing. Bringing the little ones along? There will be a dedicated kid’s area that is sure to keep the kids distracted while you graze.

The Sunnybank Food Trail will take place on Saturday July 22 from 12:00–8:00 pm. A full map and program will be available soon, so keep your eyes peeled on the Sunnybank Plaza website for upcoming updates.
