But a Burleigh Heads business is now saving us from ourselves, taking the legwork out of a juice cleanse by supplying nutrient-packed, cold-pressed beverages to doorsteps across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and Byron Bay.

Co-founders Allie LeDuc and Miriam ter Borg have launched Sol Cleanse, a holistic program that guides subscribers through a one-, three- or five-day juice detox. Simply choose your level of cleanse and desired length of program, and you’ll receive fresh juices as well as daily motivation tools, cooler bags, yoga and meditation tips, and the company’s signature Be Light Tea. Sol Cleanse also has an eco-friendly ethos, using as much organic produce as possible, storing juices in reusable glass bottles, supplying decomposable paper straws and sending all juice pulp and food scraps to worm farms and compost.
