Get the best of both worlds with LamHam

Just when you thought you couldn’t love lamb any more, life comes along and throws a curveball so beautiful that you won’t believe your tastebuds – welcome Silverwood LamHam to the family.

Meet (or meat, in this case) your new favourite fusion food – as the name so delightfully suggests, LamHam is the marriage of two delicious delicacies into one extra-special hybrid. Essentially, the product uses the meat of a lamb but prepares it using a curing and smoking method. The Silverwood gang utilise beechwood chips and rosemary to create a smooth flavour that steeps into the velvety texture of an organic lamb leg. Is your mouth watering yet?

LamHam is the brainchild of Andrew and Maree King, who created the concept on their organic sheep station near Longreach in outback Queensland. The pair founded Silverwood Organics in 2009 with the goal of providing gourmet organic lamb from paddock to plate. After the devastation of droughts all over the country, they decided to get creative and take a unique approach to make their brand stand out. Thus, the award-winning LamHam was born and has been revolutionising the meat game ever since.
