A secret speakeasy is opening at Crystalbrook Vincent for three nights only

Over one weekend in July, the team at Crystalbrook Vincent will be teaming up with the spirit-savvy folk from Granddad Jack’s Craft Distillery to open an exclusive pop-up bar experience. The Secret Speakeasy will mix mystery and opulence, serving handcrafted cocktails and tantalising share plates. Here’s what we know …

For three nights only, from July 11–13, Brisbane’s most sought-after cocktail experience will be hidden inside the walls of Crystalbrook Vincent. The chic riverside hotel is teaming up with family-run distiller Granddad Jack’s to host Secret Speakeasy, a clandestine haunt serving ambrosial cocktails and delectable snacks with a side of jazz and a dash of mystery.

Those lucky enough to score access to the secretive sipping spot will be given the opportunity to enjoy one of two drink and snack packages. The first includes a Grandad Jack’s cocktail of your choice, steak tartare tartlets with mustard cream and shaved egg yolk, and a serve of stone-baked sourdough with smoked whipped butter, sheep’s milk cheese stuffed with Spanish black truffle, house pickles and charcoal salt. Those opting for the lavish premium package will receive all of the above, plus more – a caviar bump experience on arrival and house-made cannoli with espresso liqueur-flavoured mascarpone cream and pistachio crumb, while swapping the cocktail for a premium curated drink made using Granddad Jack’s exclusive small-batch whiskey.

Secret Speakeasy will be here for a good time, not a long time – head to the Crystalbrook Vincent website to book in.
