If it’s seafood you are looking for, then you need to get yourself down to the Jan Powers Farmers Market at the Brisbane Powerhouse where Eddie Walker from Rufus King Seafoods will have a selection of tempting seafood to satisfy the most discerning Aussie palate. You’ll find green tiger prawns, scallops, whole snapper, green Moreton Bay bugs (which are extra large at the moment, perfect for halving and grilling on the barbecue) as well as a selection of filleted local fish including salmon, swordfish, flathead, snapper and mahi mahi.

If you need some condiments to go with your feast, pick up some Emelia’s – The Saucy Australian aioli or tartare sauce and garlic and chilli oil, perfect for drizzling over your seafood pre-grilling.
